The presentations on 'Japanese Etiquette' were very well done. The content was very interesting. Students from both schools would have benefitted from the activities for 22 Jan 2016.

Our feedback

"I was able to make good use of what I learnt in my LSS to present to SJSS students."

"It was a challenge to pitch my team's presentation to cater to the learning needs of SJSS students, for example, Japanese translation, trying to simplify the explanation through creating animations"

"As a Presenter, I felt that it was time well spent preparing and presenting to SJSS students."

"I think there could have been a greater interactive component; especially on day 2 when the SJSS students came to RI, listened to our presentations and left."

"Fun to teach others what you have learnt."

"Increase the duration of the visit of SJSS to RI."

"Good planning overall."

Teachers' feedback:

"it is good to see students able to teach others well what they had learnt before and even added new practical components."

"This project not only allows students to be active practitioners of science, but also gives them an opportunity to enhance their 21st Century Competencies Skills such as developing a greater awareness on national and cultural identity, global awareness, socio-cultural sensitivity, curiosity and creativity; cultivating openness and learnt effective management of information.  All within the same programme.'
